When you buy a doll on this site you unreservedly accept these terms of sale.

Manufacturing :
The Nympheas dolls was reproduced by a factory specializing in the BJD they are professional dolls with fine quality.
However, there may be differences in color rendering photographs according to your screens.
Payment & laylaway :
Please pay your order (or deposit) in time for after 7 days will be canceled, I accept paypal payments or check.
Payment is possible with installments.
Prices
Prices are calculated in Euro on the taxes of the company, the manufacturing cost of each model as well as the costs of packaging and presentation (you will receive your doll with a bag, a cushion and pair eyes) i don’t include the working time i need to create the prototype otherwise the price would be too high (it takes 2-4 months of work for a full model) and the processing of your orders. Prices may be revised in light of all these elements.
Shipping :
The dolls are in stock and shipped within 90 days for the preorder, 7 days for in stock dolls, tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is posted!
Please note that I do not support the risks from parcel transport, however, I could open a claim with the post. Delivery times are only given as an indication.
Deposit Refund :
I don’t refund deposits beyond 7 days legal delay if you wish to cancel your order thank you for telling me before 7 days after the order placing.
Cancellation of your order
i will cancel each order that has not been paid within 15 days from the order confirmation. For installments the delay between each payment is a maximum of one month.
Refund of your order
I check the conformity of all the dolls before sending them, but nevertheless if you encounter any dissatisfaction please contact me, I would do my best
to try to solve your problem, if your claim is due to an error made by post I’m unfortunately not responsible but the packages are insured.
I don’t refund whole doll for damaged faceup I could refund damaged faceup only or damaged doll. I can’t refund order for any other reasons.
